摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to develop excellent sliding characteristics when it is used under low/high-speed sliding friction conditions by integrally cladding and forming a sliding layer composed of an aromatic polyamide resin paper containing a tetrafluoroethylene on a surface of a metal backing through a joining layer composed of a fluororesin therebetween. SOLUTION: A primer coating of a fluororesin is applied on a surface of a metal backing wherein degreasing treatment, surface roughening treatment and cleaning treatment are applied, and it is dried for forming a coated film of the fluororesin. Next, an aromatic polyamide resin paper containing a tetrafluoroethylene is placed on the coated film, and pressure is applied for pressing and adhering the paper to the surface of the metal backing through the coated film therebetween. The coated film and the aromatic polyamide resin paper which is pressed and adhered to the metal backing through the coated film are calcined in a heating oven, and a sliding layer formed of the aromatic polyamide resin paper is integrally formed on the surface of the metal backing through a joining layer composed of the coated layer therebetween.

The composition is capable of preventing a sliding and frictional sound from occurring and suitable for molding a bearing, a cam, a gear or the like.
